One Loud Viper Please

Watch a video of my GTS Dodge Viper with a Corsa exhaust system and Random Technology high flow cats.

One Loud Viper Please

Last Friday I had a Corsa catback exhaust system and Random Technology high flow cats installed on my GTS Viper. The reasoning behind doing this was three-fold:

  1. The new Corsa exhaust looks way better
  2. The new exhaust sounds way better, and is much louder. It’s a V10, it should be loud!
  3. Performance gains :) The new setup should have added about 25-30 horsepower to the wheels. That should give the Viper about 410whp (estimated), which is about 475hp to the crank (estimated).

Since video blogging is the new thing lately, I made a little video showing you the before and after…as well as my buddy’s Viper which has a full exhaust system (including the headers). Enjoy!

Another great upgrade. I’m still hoping to see another corvette in the garage one day!

Very nice, enjoy the new mods! It is really a night and day difference, one I wish I had captured with my Harley but I had the new exhaust put on before I even picked up the bike for the maiden voyage.

Nice one. I think that was an upgrade well worth it. So, do you feel the additional horses or does it not really show a difference due to how much horse power she already has?

I really can’t tell to be honest…but at the same time I haven’t driven it enough stock to be able to do a real comparison.
